Our Standard One Year Comprehensive Product Warranty Terms & Conditions are as under :

  • Customer must provide a photocopy of the original Warranty Card to Vu service engineer while claiming the Vu Warranty support and service. Customer has to show the duly signed Warranty Card in original at the time of availing of the Vu Warranty support and service
  • Vu Warranty will not be valid and applicable if Vu sticker on product is found to be missing or tampered with.
  • Damaged, scratched or dented Plastics, Rubber parts, LED, Cabinet, Interconnecting cables or any other physically damaged or burnt parts or product sub-assemblies are not covered under Vu Warranty.
  • Under Vu Warranty, only repairs arising due to part failures are covered. However it does not entitle customer to any kind of replacement claim of the Vu product unit.
  • Vu has the sole discretion to replace or repair the defective part. In the case of replacement of a part, the defective part would become a property of Vu Technologies.
  • Due and reasonable care will be taken for the equipment given for repairs to the Vu Service Centre so that it is repaired in the shortest possible time frame subject to the availability of spares. However, Vu Technologies does not compensate to customer for any loss arising due to absence of the Vu product from the premises of the customer. Only subject to the availability, any substitute Vu Product may be offered to the customer if the repairs is delayed beyond 6 working days only due to delay in arrival of the spare parts.
  • Other than manufacturing and material defects of Vu product, Vu Warranty does not cover any form of damage caused due to any external environmental reasons including but not limited to fire, heavy rains, drought, high input voltage, flood and other acts of Good.
  • Vu Warranty will cover the product herein specified and within the municipal limits of the location mentioned on Warranty Card. In case of any change of address, customer must inform Vu Technologies in advance in writing in detail the complete new address and telephone number. In such cases, locations beyond city limits will attract extra charges to be paid by the customer.
  • Cracked, partially or fully broken glass panel on Vu LCD Monitor or damage caused by too much pressure exerted on the LCD screen are not covered under Vu Warranty. 
  • Vu Warranty does not include any kind of software support or software installation.
  • Vu Technologies shall not be responsible for damage due to any loss of business or any loss of programs, data or removable storage media for the equipment used in conjunction with Vu LCD Monitors.
